A GODKore Emcee

Jermon “B.R.I.G.H.T.” Walker is a Mississippi native and a unique eclectic GODkore Emcee. He grew up a military child which allowed him to travel, explore and experience diverse community culture from Chicago -aka- Chi-town to Germany. While growing up on the Southside of Chicago and later in Southern Bavaria, Germany where he is a proud graduate of the Hohenfels American High School

B.R.I.G.H.T. began to develop genuine love for rock, hip hop, jazz, 80’s classics and fine art. After years of persevering through and overcoming personal hardship and struggle through his faith in The Most High “YAH” he felt a calling to create music with the power to reach out to others and address the pain, loneliness and hopelessness that he had once known so well. Thus the birthing of “B.R.I.G.H.T.” Da’ GODkore Emcee was born.

The meaning of B.R.I.G.H.T. is (B.aptised R.eborn I.n G.OD’s H.oly T.ruth) which is the heartfelt testimony, foundation, heart’s intent, lyrical content and purpose behind the artistry of the man called B.R.I.G.H.T. who proudly claims Hotlanta USA as his home.
